Viewing Property Interface Logs
Interface error and failed message logs are purged according to the Purge IFC Log Days OPERA Control; the default being 180 days.
Interface messages are only purged for inactive interfaces.
Viewing Interface Error Logs
To view all errors for a property interface.
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Interface Logs then select Error. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
Viewing Failed Interface Messages
To view all failed messages for a property interface.
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Interface Logs then select Failed Messages. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
Viewing Interface Messages
To view all messages for a property interface
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Interface Logs then select Messages. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
Deleting Interface Messages
To delete all messages for a property interface.
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Interface Logs then select Messages. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
- 
                        Click Delete. 
Viewing Interface Schemas
To view the schemas defined for a property interface (if any), along with the specific attributes of that schema.
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Interface Logs then select Schemas. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
- 
                        Double-click a Schema Name value in the search result to view the details.
