Researching Reservations Commission Details

Use Reservation Research to view the status of commission payment for a historic reservation.

The Reservation Status field defaults to Checked Out in the search criteria; you can update this to include No Show and Cancelled status.

The Commission Paid column in the search result indicates the status of the commission payment for the reservation.

Viewing Commission Payment Details

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select Commissions, then select Reservation Research.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select a reservation in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu an select Commission Details.
