Configuring Room Hierarchy (Room) Classes

Room Class hierarchies are available for selection in the Upgrade Rules configuration.

Adding Room Hierarchy Class

  1. From the OPERA Cloud Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Classes.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. From Room Class: Select a Room Class from the list.

    2. To Room Class: Select one or room classes from the list.

    3. Sequence: Enter a number for the display sequence or the order in which the upsell room hierarchy is listed.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Room Hierarchy Class

  1. From the OPERA Cloud Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Classes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the room class hierarchy, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Room Hierarchy Class

  1. From the OPERA Cloud Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Classes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the room class hierarchy, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
