Managing Export File Delivery

Editing Export Delivery Configuration

You can select to deliver an export data file to an SFTP location or simply as a file for manual download.
  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and select either General, Country, Membership or Back Office.

  2. Enter a search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export definition in the search results, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delivery Configuration.

  4. Click Edit to update the destination.

    1. SFTP: Select to delivery export to SFTP location.

      Note:

      When an SFTP delivery option is selected, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is unmasked once the file is received at the SFTP destination. For more information , see Exports
      1. SFTP Code: Select a SFTP destination from the list.

      2. SFTP Folder: Select a folder from the list.

    2. HTTPS: Not used.

    3. File System: Select to generate a file for manual download. Files are retained for 30 days. For more information, see Viewing and Generating Export Files

  5. Click Save.
