Managing Channel Sell Limits

Adding Channel Sell Limit

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Channel then select Channel Inventory.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Click Manage Sell Limits.

  4. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Property: Enter or select the property.

    2. Channel: Select the channel from the list.

    3. Channel Room Type: Select a room type from the list.

    4. Start Date: Enter or select the start date.

    5. End Date: Enter or select the end date.

    6. Number of Rooms: Enter the number of rooms for the Sell Limit.

    7. Days of Week: Select the applicable days of the week.

  5. Click Save.

Editing Channel Sell Limit

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Channel then select Channel Inventory.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Click Manage Sell Limits.

  4. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  5. Select the Sell Limit, click the vertical ellipsisActions menu, and select Edit.

  6. Update details.

  7. Click Save.

Deleting Channel Sell Limit

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Channel, and then select Channel Inventory.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Click Manage Sell Limits.

  4. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  5. Select the Sell Limit, click the vertical ellipsisActions menu, and select Delete.

  6. Click Delete to confirm.
