Managing Reservation Linked Profiles

The Linked Profile panel is used to link a Company, Travel Agent, Contact, Group or Source profile to a reservation. You can also select a profile as the reservation contact and the billing contact for the reservation.

Use the Linked Profile panel to select a different guest profile for a future reservation (i.e. name change); your role must be granted the Select Another Profile task to access this action.

When the Accompanying Profile OPERA Control is active you can also link guest profile as an accompanying guest , who is someone that also occupies a room but does not require a separate reservation account or has independent stay dates. If the guest requires a separate folio or has staggered arrival or departure dates use the Shares option instead. Using Accompanying Profiles on a reservation ensures that you can locate a guest via Manage Reservation search.
