Viewing Event Production Changes

The Event Production Changes feature provides information on changes in event status and event revenue. You can search for Status Changes by date, prior status, or current status. For Revenue Changes, search by change date, event date, revenue type, or status.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and then select Manage Events.

    Note:

    You can also access events linked to a block from the Block Search screen by selecting the Manage Events details link. For more information, see Searching for Blocks
  2. Select or confirm the Property, enter search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the event’s I Want To . . . action and select Event Production Changes from the View column.

  4. Select the Status Changes tab or the Revenue Changes tab.

  5. Enter search criteria and click Search to view the changes.
