In House
The In House menu enables you to manage your in-house reservations, pseudo room type reservations (for example, group masters), and any house account reservations.
Some tasks you can complete from this menu includes searching for in-house reservations, reversing (cancelling) arrival reservations, and room moving house reservations.
You can also navigate to the Guest Profile, Reservation, Block, or Billing by using the I Want To... menu or by clicking the links for a reservation in the search results.
