In this video, you will learn to auto generate housekeeping task sheets in

intelligently assigns rooms to task sheets

based on a number of housekeeping attendants available and the

housekeeping credits per room. Any rooms remaining not assigned are

automatically added to a floating overflow task sheet for manual

setup for the room type. Let's get started. On the OPERA cloud

menu go to inventory, select task sheets and then

select auto-generate task sheets. I select the

task magnifying glass and select full-service, light service

and the complete room service task from the list and then click

select. Next I add task instructions that will display on task sheet reports

Then I add room instructions that appear for each room.

Next, I click the magnifying glass and select the checkbox on the top
