2 Client Relations

From the Client Relations menu, use Manage Profiles to create and manage the details for guest, contacts companies, agents and sources; including addresses and communication details, notes, negotiated rates, preferences, attachments, and so on. You can also lookup and download profiles from other solutions integrated with OPERA Cloud (available when the Profile Lookup OPERA Control is active). Use Activities to manage sales activities: to-do's and appointments for companies, agents, contacts and blocks (Available when the Activities OPERA Control is active).
