Configuring Membership Enrollment Codes

Prerequisites for Membership Enrollment Codes

Enrollment codes are a convenient way to categorize participants in membership programs based on their method of enrollment (or other criteria). For example, you might set up enrollment codes for persons who enroll on the Web, through their place of business, as a member of a social group, etc. The enrollment codes you set up are available to be associated with guest profiles via the Profile screen Membership options.

Enrollment codes are then combined into enrollment groups.

You can then use enrollment codes and/or enrollment groups to configure points calculation rules that apply to members who enrolled in certain ways.

Adding Membership Enrollment Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Enrollment Codes.

2. Click New and enter the following details:

   1. Code: Enter a code for the enrollment code.

   2. Description: Enter a description for the enrollment code.

      1. Manage Translation: Click to add translations for description. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active).

   3. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned

3. Click Save.

Editing Membership Enrollment Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Enrollment Codes.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Enrollment Code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

4. Update details.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Membership Enrollment Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Enrollment Codes.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Enrollment Code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.

Note:

You cannot delete codes linked to an Enrollment Group.
