Configuring Divisions

Adding Divisions

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Divisions.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Code: Enter a code for the Division.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the Division.

    3. Manage Translations: Click to add translated descriptions for each language.

    4. Sequence: Enter a display sequence.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Divisions

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Divisions.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Division, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Divisions

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Divisions.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Division, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
