Configuring UDF Values

Configure the list of values to appear for a specific UDF Group.

For example, you might have a Vehicle Type flex field on profiles containing the values GM, Ford, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, and so on. These values would then be linked to the Vehicle Type UDF Group.

Adding a UDF Value

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values.

  2. Click New and complete the following information:

    1. Group: Select the UDF group from the list. For more information, see Configuring UDF Groups.

    2. Code: Enter the code for the user defined value.

    3. Description: Enter a description for the user defined value.

  3. Click Save or click Save and Continue to add another.

Editing a UDF Value

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. From search results, select the UDF value then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update the details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting a UDF Value

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. From search results, select the UDF value then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
