Configuring Comp Authorizers

Adding Comp Authorizers

  1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Comp Accounting, and then select Comp Authorizers.

  2. Click New and complete the following fields:
    1. Property. Select or confirm the property.

    2. User ID.

      Select a User ID from the list of values.
    3. AR Account Number. This field automatically populates when a User ID is selected. This is the user’s AR account number.

    4. Authorizer Group. Select an Authorizer Group for the authorizer.

    5. Rate Code. This field automatically populates once an Authorizer Group is selected. This is the rate code assigned to the authorizer group.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Comp Authorizers

  1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Comp Accounting, and then select Comp Authorizers.

  2. Select or confirm the Property.

  3. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  4. In the search results, select the authorizer and click the row-level vertical ellipsis.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Update the configuration and click Save.

Deleting Comp Authorizers

  1. From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Comp Accounting, and then select Comp Authorizers.

  2. Select or confirm the Property.

  3. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  4. In the search results, select the authorizer and click the row-level vertical ellipsis.

  5. Click Delete.
