Viewing Room Ownership

Using Room Owners you can:

• View all current owners for rooms at your property.

• Search for past owners of a room.

• Access room information (including Owner Room Grade) for owned rooms.

• Access the profiles of past, current, and future owners.

Note:

Owned rooms can also be filtered in Room Diary.

Searching for Room Owners

Note:

Select Include Inactive in the search criteria to include inactive ownership details in the search result. When searching for future owners, update the Start Date To based on the Start Date selected in Managing Profile Ownership Records and Owner Referrals

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Inventory, select Room Rotation, select Room Owners.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Click the Name link in the search result to open the owners profile.

4. Click the Room link in the search result to open the room information page. The Owner Room Grade is displayed when the Owner Room Grade OPERA Control is active.
