Monitoring Fiscal Business Event Status

Prerequisites for Monitoring Fiscal Business Event Status

Fiscal Business Event Status displays the status of fiscal business events triggered to an external fiscal program via OPERA Fiscal Integration Solution (OFIS).

Viewing Fiscal Business Event Status

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Monitoring then select Fiscal Business Event Status.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

Re-sending Failed Fiscal Business Events

You can resend failed messages according to the Fiscal Business Event Resend Days and Maximum Fiscal Business Events to Resend OPERA Controls.

You role must be granted the Resend Fiscal Business Events task.

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Monitoring then select Fiscal Business Event Status.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select the failed business event(s) in the search result.

4. Click Resend.

Viewing Request/Response Message for Expired Events

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Monitoring then select Fiscal Business Event Status.

2. Select Only Display Expired Events check box, enter additional search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select the business event in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Request/Response.
