Player Snapshot
Prerequisites for Player Snapshot
The Player Snapshot gives you a summary of comp and reservation information related to current, future, and past stays by guests who have a Patron Tracking System (PTS) player ID. This feature is available when the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Casino and Gaming Management Add-on is active.
Besides giving an overview of information related to guests who have player IDs, you can also determine which guests are scheduled to arrive on a given date, check the current comp balances for in- house guests, and so on.
