Configuring Delivery Status

Delivery status codes are used while displaying the reservation delivery status in the Reservation Delivery History  panel.

Codes 1 - 5 are populated by default and correspond to information returned from OPERA Cloud eXchange Interface; the descriptions can be edited as required.

Adding Delivery Statuses

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise  select  Chain and Property and select Delivery Status.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Code: Enter a code for the delivery status.

    2. Description: Enter the description of the delivery status.

      1. Manage Translation:  Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active.).

    3. Sequence: Enter a sequence number that determines the position of this delivery status in lists.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Delivery Statuses

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise  select  Chain and Property and select Delivery Status.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select a delivery status, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

  4. Update configuration.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Delivery Statuses

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise  select  Chain and Property and select Delivery Status.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select a delivery status, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
