Configuring Scheduling Activities Types

The OPERA Cloud integration with an External Activities Scheduler system requires you to identify the activity types for scheduled activities so that OPERA Cloud can distinguish these, internally, from activities set up for other purposes.

Adding Scheduled Activities Types

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Types.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Property: Enter or select the property.

    2. Locations: Enter a code for type.

    3. Description: Enter a status description.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Scheduled Activities Types

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Types.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code, click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Scheduled Activities Types

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Types.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code, click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
