Removing the Assigned Room from a Reservation

You can remove the assigned a room for a reservation from reservation presentation.

Removing the Assigned Room from a Reservation

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, then select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the reservation in the search result, click I Want to..., Reservation or open the reservation by clicking the Confirmation Number.

    1. Click Stay Details.

    2. Room: Click Remove next to the assigned room.
