Prerequisites for Filtering Profile Search by Accounts

Searching for Sales Accounts

With an OPERA Cloud Service, Sales and Event Management subscription, you can search for profiles using the Account profile type.

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and select Manage Profile.

2. In the Search panel, click View By list and select Account.

3. Profile search returns results for Company, Travel Agent, Source, or Contact. It also adds the following search filters to the standard search function:

   1. Owner: The sales owner of the sales account. When you select an Owner you can select the Primary Only check box to search profiles with the selected owner as the primary owner. (Available when the Owner OPERA Control is active).

   2. Display Linked Contact: Select the check box to return search results for Contacts linked to their Accounts.

      Note:

      You can also search sales account by keyword and keyword type (Available when the Keyword OPERA Control is active). For more information, see Managing Sales Account Keywords
