Synchronizing Stay Records

Running this utility will synchronize the stay history data elements of OPERA Customer Loyalty Tracking Cloud Service and the stay history data elements of OPERA Cloud Property Management System.
  1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Stay Records.
    1. Property: Enter or select the property.
    2. From Date: Enter or select a start date.
    3. To Date: Enter or select a start date.
    4. Click Synchronize Stay Records.

      Note:

      If a stay record's departure date is greater than 90 days from the property's business date, the Rate Code, Market Code, Channel Code, and Source Code fields on the stay record will not be validated during synchronization (thus preventing it from being suspended).  The stay record revenue amounts will still be inserted, based on the Membership Revenue configuration.
