Updating External Reference

The External Reference Update utility is used to maintain the external reference number of the reservation when changing external systems interfaced through OXI.

This utility might be used, for example, when the integrated central reservation system is switching to another solution provided by the same company/partner.

  1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Data Management then select External Reference Update.

    1. Property: Enter or select a property.

    2. From External System.: Select an external system from the list.

    3. To External System: Select an external system from the list.

  2. Click Update External References.
