Configuring Chain

Prerequisites for Configuring Chain

Your chain is provisioned on activation of the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Property Management Professional Foundation or Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Property Management Enterprise Foundation subscription. For multi-property operations, you can update your Chain details and activate profile sharing across all properties. with profile sharing active, Property is multi-select and non-mandatory in search panels. With profile sharing inactive, Property is single selection and mandatory in Look to Book and reservation search, and the ability to move reservations to other properties is disabled.

Editing Chain

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property Management and select Chain.

2. Click Edit and update the details

   1. Name: Enter a name for the chain.

   2. Description: Enter a description for the chain.

3. Click Save.

Enable Shared Profiles

Note:

Your PIN is required to enable profile sharing; the option cannot be disabled once enabled.

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property Management and select Chain.

2. 1. Click Edit.

      1. Toggle Shared Profiles on to enable sharing of profiles across all properties.

   2. Click Save.

   3. Enter PIN and click Enable to enable share profiles.
