Managing Scheduled Exports
You can schedule exports to generate at a defined frequency and interval:

You cannot schedule more than five scheduled exports in the same hourly frequency.

You cannot schedule the same export with the same frequency more than once.

You cannot schedule more than 20 exports per day.
-
You cannot schedule exports with parameter forms (requires user input).
-
You cannot schedule a component export (child export) independently.
Adding a Scheduled Export

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and then select Schedules.

Click New and enter the following details:

Property: Enter or confirm the property.

Export Group: The export group from the list.
-
Export: Select the export from the list.
-
Frequency: Select the frequency for the schedule.

Once: Generate the export one time.
-
Start Date: Enter or select a start date.
-
Start Time: Enter a start time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

Hourly: Generate the export at hourly intervals.
-
Interval: Enter the number of hours between intervals.
-
Start Date: Enter or select a start date.
-
Start Time: Enter a start time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

End Date: Enter or select an end date.
-
End Time: Enter a end time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

Daily: Generate the export daily.

Interval: Enter the number of days between intervals.

Hour: Enter the hour in the day to generate the report.

Start Date:. Enter or select a start date.

Start Time: Enter a start time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

End Date: Enter or select an end date.

End Time: Enter a end time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

Weekly: Generate the export weekly.

Interval: Enter the number of weeks between intervals

Days to Repeat: Select the days of the week.

Start Date: Enter or select a start date.

Start Time: Enter a start time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

End Date: Enter or select an end date.

End Time: Enter a end time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

Monthly: Generate the export monthly.

Interval: Enter the number of months between intervals.

Week to Repeat: Select the week in the month.

Days to Repeat: Select the days of the week.

Start Date: Enter or select a start date.

Start Time: Enter a start time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

End Date: Enter or select an end date.
-
End Time: Enter a end time HH;MM (24 hour clock).

End of Day: Generate the export during End of Day.

Repeat Interval
-
Daily: Generate Daily.
-
Weekly: Generate Weekly.

Days to Repeat: Select the days of the week.

Monthly: Generate monthly.
-
Yearly: Generate once per year.

Click Save .
Disabling a Scheduled Export

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and then select Schedules.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Click ON to toggle to OFF.
-
Click OK to confirm. The status updates to Disabled.
Activating a Scheduled Export

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports then select Schedules.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Click OFF to toggle to ON.

Click OK to confirm. The status updates to Scheduled.
Editing a Scheduled Export

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports then select Schedules.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Select the scheduled export in the result, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.

Update details.
- Inactive: Click to make the scheduled export inactive.

Click Save.
Deleting a Schedule Export

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and then select Schedules.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Select the scheduled export from your search results, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
Viewing and Managing Generated Export Files

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and then select Schedules.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Select the scheduled export from your search results, click the vertical ellipsis, and select View Exports.

Click Refresh to update the list of generated export files.
Note:
If an export file fails to generate, the Status column indicates along with the error details. -
Click Back to return to search.
