Updating Customized Stationery with Current Data Model
Following an upgrade of OPERA Cloud the sample RTF template
and corresponding XML (data model) is updated to reference and benefit
from functionality added.
To benefit from the changes made to the data model your customized templates needs to be updated with the new XML elements.
If you have multiple templates to update repeat the process for each template.
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Reports, then select Manage Reports.
- Select the Show Internal checkbox and then select the stationery report group from the Report Group list, then click Search.
- Select the template to update in the search result.
- Click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Download Sample Data to download the updated XML file (to default download folder).
- Click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Download Customized Report to download your customized template (to default download folder).
- Launch Microsoft Word and open the customized report template
(RTF file); navigate to the download folder location to access the
file.
- In OPERA Cloud (Manage Report).
- Select the template to update and click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.
- Click Choose File and select the updated RTF file from the folder location on your workstation and click Open to upload the file.
- Click Save.
