Configuring Block Lost Reasons

Lost Reasons specify why a business block was lost. and is required when you change the status of a business block to Lost.

Adding Block Lost Reasons

  1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons.

  2. Click New and complete the following fields:
    1. Code: Enter a code (up to 10 characters) for the lost reason

    2. Description: Enter a text description of the lost reason

    3. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned. 

    4. Click Save.

Editing Block Lost Reasons

Note:

 Click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Show Inactive to include inactive records.
  1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select a block lost reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

    1. Update the configuration.

    2. Inactive: Select check box to mark the code inactive.

    3. Click Save.

Deleting Block Lost Reasons

  1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select a block lost reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
