Configuring Membership Type Additional Details

Loyalty badge. The Additional Details panel is not currently used. Select the default stationery template to be generated for an enrollment.

Enrollment letters are setup in the Welcome Letter report group.

Note:

Additional Details is available when the membership class is Loyalty Program for the membership type.

Editing Membership Type Additional Details

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Membership Types.

  2. Enter search criteria , then click Search.

  3. Select the membership type in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Click the Additional Details link.

  5. Click Edit and complete the following:

    1. Enrollment Letter: Select a template from the list to specify the default letter to be sent when a member is enrolled.

  6. Click Save.
