Configuring Restriction Reasons
Adding Restriction Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Restriction Reasons. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following fields:- 
                                 Code. Enter the code for the restriction reason. 
- 
                                 Description. Enter a description for the restriction reason. 
- 
                                 Manage Translations. Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi Language function under the General group is active). 
- 
                                 Sequence. Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

                        Click Save or click Save and Continue to save and add another. 
Editing Restriction Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Restriction Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        Select the restriction reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit. 
- 
                        Update the configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting Restriction Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Restriction Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        Select the restriction reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
