Configuring Housekeeping Section Groups
Adding Housekeeping Section Groups
Housekeeping Section Groups can be used as hard stops when you Generate Task Sheets.

From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management, and then select Housekeeping Section Groups.

Click New and complete the following details:

Code: Enter the housekeeping section group code. It can contain only numbers.

Description: Enter an appropriate description for housekeeping section group code.

Target Credit: Enter the target credit for this section group when processing the breakout by section.

Sequence: Enter a number to determine the order in which housekeeping section group codes are displayed when listed.

- Click Save or click Save and Continue to save the Housekeeping Section Group and add another.
Editing Housekeeping Section Groups

From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management, and then select Housekeeping Section Groups.

Enter search criteria then click Search.

Select the code in the search result then click the vertical ellipsis Actions men and select Edit

Update the configuration.

Inactive: Select the check box to make the section code inactive.

Click Save.
Deleting Housekeeping Section Groups

From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management, and then select Housekeeping Section Groups.

Enter search criteria then click Search.

Select the code in the search result then click the vertical ellipsis Actions men and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
