Configuring Sales Activity Types
Adding Sales Activity Types

From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Types.

Click New and complete the following:

Property: Enter or select the property.

Activity Type: Enter a code for the activity type.

Description: Enter a description for the activity type.

Activity Class: Select an activity class from the list: Appointment or To Do. The Appointments and To Do List dashboard tiles reference this selection.

Sequence: Enter a sequence number to indicate the ranking of this activity type in a list.

Internal: Select the check box to exclude the default activities created for this activity type from communication with integrated systems.

Click Save or click Save and Continue to add another.
Editing Sales Activity Types

From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Types.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

From the search result, select the activity type, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

Update the configuration.

Inactive: Select the check box to make the activity type inactive.

Click Save.
Deleting Sales Activity Types

From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Types.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

From the search result, select the activity type, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete .

Click Delete to confirm.
Copying Sales Activity Types
When the Multi Property OPERA Control is active, you can copy activity types to specific properties using the Copy action. For more information, see Copying Configuration Codes to Multiple Properties
