Accessing Oracle Hospitality Digital Learning

Digital Learning Access

Oracle Hospitality Digital Learning content is available for various products and subscriptions across the Oracle Hospitality portfolio. Once on the website, use the filters to navigate to your desired learning content.

Oracle Hospitality Digital Learning is included, at no additional fee, for Oracle Hospitality Customers with active agreements. To access Digital Learning content, you must create an Oracle Account Login and activate your organization's specific access. Contact your Management/Training Team/Instructor to find out if your organization has already been provided with access to Digital Learning.

If you are a manager and are unsure if your property has been provided access to Digital Learning, or have other questions, email the Global Learning Initiatives Team at operaenablement_ww@oracle.com

You must include the following information in your message:

  • Hotel/Property/Organization/Customer Name (as it appears on your Oracle account)

  • Address (include country)

  • Primary Contact Name

  • Primary Contact Email

Once this information is received, the Digital Learning Team will review the details and follow up. Messages are answered on weekdays, Monday - Friday, with most responses occurring on the date sent.
