Adding Reports (Video Transcript)

On provisioning of your OPERA Cloud tenancy, all OPERA Cloud reports are setup in their

You may, however, like to add other instances of these reports in other report groups or

with different report parameter presets to suit your needs.

You can add multiple instances of the same report and preset the report parameters in

saving time having to select the parameters each time you generate the report.

the "res_detail" Arrival Report can be configured multiple times with various filters, sort

order and column selections.

For example: Arrivals sorted by Last Name, Arrivals by VIP Only , Arrivals by Estimated

Lets gets started.

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Reports, and then select Manage Reports.

Click New Report and complete the following: Select a property from the list.

Select Oracle Report and select the res_detail report from the report list.

Select a report group to add this report to and enter a display name for the report.

In the Parameter form area select Existing.

Search for the form name that matches the internal name entered previously.

The report parameters appear below and you can setup the default parameters each time

For a VIP Only arrival report, select the VIP Only check box; select other criteria

Scroll down to the layout section to change the sort order.

In this example we cansort by ETA, Estimated Arrival Time.

Then click SAVE to complete the setup.

The VIP Arrivals report is now available in the Arrivals report Group when entering "VIP"
