Configuring Membership Qualifying Rates

Qualifying Rates allows you to check or uncheck the Membership (eligibility) check box for multiple rate codes in a batch process.  Alternatively, the Membership check box must be checked or unchecked in the rate code financial details of each rate code. 

Adding Qualifying Rates

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then select Qualifying Rates.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select Edit.

   1. Select the Qualifying check box for the rate codes you want to be considered a qualifying rate for a Membership Point Rule.

   2. As a result, the Membership check box is checked in the rate code financial details .

4. Click Save.

Deleting Qualifying Rates

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then select Qualifying Rates.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select Edit.

   1. Uncheck the Qualifying check box for the rate codes you no longer want to be considered a qualifying rate for a Membership Point Rule.

   2. As a result, the Membership check box is unchecked in the rate code financial details .

4. Click Save.
