Configuring Membership Status Codes

Loyalty badge. Membership status codes may be assigned to individual memberships to define the current standing of the membership. For example, a membership might be characterized as PERM (permanent card mailed), REJ (does not want to join), PREF (preferences need to be selected), and so on, for whatever purposes your organization might have.

Adding Membership Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Status Codes.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Code: Enter a code for the status code.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the status code.
      1. Manage Translation: Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi Language OPERA Control is active.).

    3. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Membership Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Status Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code in the search result, then click vertical ellipse Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update the details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Membership Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then Status Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code in the search result, then click vertical ellipse Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
