Configuring UDF Groups
Adding UDF Groups
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Groups. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following information: - 
                              Code. Enter the group name for the field. 
- 
                              Description. Enter a description that explains the group name. 
- 
                              Data Type. Select the down arrow to choose the data type for the field values of this group (Character or Numeric). 
- 
                              Data Length. Enter the length for field values in this group. 
 
- 
                              
- 
                        Click Save or click Save and Continue to add more groups. 
Editing UDF Groups
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Groups. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select the UDF group, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu select Edit. 
- 
                        Update the configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting UDF Groups
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Groups. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select the UDF group, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
