Configuring Track It Locations
Adding Track it Locations
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Track It, and then select Track It Locations. 
- 
                        Click New and enter the following details:. - 
                              Code: Enter a unique code that identifies the location. 
- 
                              Description: Enter a description of the location. 
- 
                              Track It Group: Select the Track It groups to which the location is available. 
- 
                              Sequence: Select the sequence number that determines the position of the location in lists. 
 
- 
                              
- 
                        Click Save. 
Editing Track It Locations
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Track It, and then select Track It Locations. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and then click Search. 
- 
                        Select the code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.- 
                                 Update the configuration. 
- 
                                 Inactive: Select to make the location inactive. Inactive locations are unavailable when creating or editing ticket records.

                        Click Save. 
Deleting Track It Locations
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Track It, and then select Track It Locations. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and then click Search. 
- 
                        Select the code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
