Anonymizing (De-Identifying) a Guest or Contact Profile

                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria then click Search. 
- 
                        Select the profile in search result, then click I Want To. . ., and select Anonymize Profile. 
- 
                        Click Yes to confirm.
