Researching Reservations Commission Details

Use Reservation Research to view the status of commission payment for a historic reservation. The Reservation Status search field defaults to Checked Out; you can update this to include No Show and Cancelled status when the Transfer No Show and Cancels OPERA Control is active. 

In the search result, the Commission Paid column indicates the status of the commission payment for the reservation.  The Commission Notes column displays an icon when notes exist in the reservation commission details. 

Viewing Commission Payment Details

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select Commissions, then select Reservation Research.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select a reservation in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Commission Details or click I Want To. . . and select Commission Details.

Viewing Commission Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select Commissions, then select Reservation Research.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select a reservation in the search result, then click the Notes icon.
