Viewing Player’s Snapshots

Player Snapshot gives you a summary of comp and reservation information for current, future and past stays by guests with a Patron Tracking System (PTS) player ID. Besides giving an overview of information related to guests who have player IDs, you can also determine which guests are scheduled to arrive on a given date, check the current comp balances for in- house guests, and so on.

The following search criteria are available

  1. Property: Enter or select a property. From a hub location, all properties assigned to the hub are selected by default if you do not select properties.

  2. Name: Enter the guest's complete last name or the first part of the guest’s last name.

  3. Player ID: Enter the Player ID number assigned to the guest by the Patron Tracking System (PTS).

  4. Room: Enter or select a room

  5. Comp Balance From/To: Enter a Comp Balance From value to view only those guests with a comp balance (that is, a total amount of charges transferred to comp) equal to or greater than the entered amount. Enter a Comp Balance To value to establish a lower limit to the search. Enter the same amount in both fields to search only for guests with that specific comp balance.

  6. Balance From / To: Enter a Balance From value to view only those guests with a balance (that is, a total amount of charges not transferred to comp) equal to or greater than the entered amount. Enter a Balance To value to establish a lower limit to the search. Enter the same amount in both fields to search only for guests with that specific comp balance.

  7. Reservation Status: Select the options that correspond to the reservation statuses you want to search. Checked Out. Search for guests who have already checked out. Due Out. Search for guests whose departure date is today. Stay Over.  Search for guests whose departure date has passed, but who have not checked out. This option is selected by default.

  8. Arrivals/Date From: Search for reservation by arrival date. The Date From field becomes active when you select the Arrivals check box. The search will start from this date and extend into the future. The default arrival date is today's date, but you can also search from any future or past arrival date. To enter a date, select the calendar tool or enter the date manually.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select Comp Accounting, and then select Player Snapshot.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select a reservation in the search result, click Player Statistics to view statistics. For more information, see Viewing Player Statistics.
