Configuring Business Events for Interface

Business Events are required to generate messages to the external system whenever a user (or other interface) performs actions in OPERA Cloud.

 Configuring Business Events for Interfaces

  1. From the Exchange menu, select Interface Setup. then select Interface Setup

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the interface in the search result, then click I Want to... and select Configure Business Events.
