Managing Sales Account Keywords

You can set up various keyword types and add a keyword per keyword type to a sales account profile as an alternate method of identifying and searching for a sales account. Keywords can include the search name abbreviations, tax numbers, corporate ID numbers, stock codes, and so on. When the Copy to Subsidiary Profile check box is selected in Keyword Type configuration and a profile has a Master to Subsidiary relationship, you are prompted to copy this keyword type to any subsidiary profiles (Available when the Relationships OPERA Control is active).

Note:

For Account profiles that have a relationship added with a pre-configured master-subsidiary relationship type, when adding, editing, or deleting Keywords (configured as "Copy to Subsidiary Profile") on a master account profile, you are prompted to copy/delete the Keyword Type/Keyword to the profile's subsidiaries. Click Yes to apply the keyword changes to all the subsidiary accounts or click No to only apply the keyword changes to the master account.
