Enterprise Administrator Access and Chain Selection

Enterprise administrators, with access to multiple chains (tenants), must first select a chain on login. The Enterprise organization can be linked to multiple chains (tenants) in different OPERA Cloud environments (Professional or Enterprise) as long as they are managed within the same Shared Security Domain.

Selecting a Chain

1. Enter login credentials.

2. Enter chain code, click Search.

3. Select a chain in the result and click ->.

Note:

To logout click your user name in the top-right corner. Click Logout.

Switching to a Different Chain

You can switch to a different chain (tenant) by clicking your user name that appears above the OPERA Cloud menu bar.

1. Click your user name in the top left to expand the panel.

2. Click Switch Chain.

3. You are taken back to the chain selection screen.
