Managing Export Results

Once an export is generated you can view the export result, edit the data within the export and generate the data file to the specified export destination. For file system delivery you can download the export data file to your workstation.

Note:

Export files are stored encrypted in the OPERA Cloud database for 30 days.

Note:

The View Exports with Sensitive Data task must be assigned in order to view exports identified with sensitive data.

Viewing Export File Details

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

Deleting Export Results

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

    1. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

      1. Click Delete to confirm

Viewing Export File Data Details

Note:

With the View Exports with Sensitive Data task assigned, PII data is unmasked.
  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Details.

Editing Export File Data Details

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Details.

    1. Select an export data element in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

      1. Update the data details.

      2. Click Save.

Batch Editing Export File Data Details

To update data details using search and replace.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Details.

    1. Select an export data element in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Batch Edit.

      1. Data: Enter the string to find for update.

      2. Replace with: Enter the replacement string.

      3. Click Save.

Adding Export File Data Details

To add data to the end of the export data file.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Details.

    1. Click New.

    2. Data: Enter the data string to include in the export data.

    3. Click Save.

Deleting Export File Data Details

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports
    1. Select an export data element in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

      1. Click Deleteto confirm.

Generating Export Data Files

To generate an export data to the specified destination.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Generate File.

    1. File Name: Confirm or enter a filename.

    2. Extension: Confirm or enter a file extension.

    3. Click Generate File.

Downloading Export Data Files

To decrypt and download an export data file.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Generate File.

    1. File Name: Confirm or enter a filename.

    2. Extension: Confirm or enter a file extension.

    3. Click Generate File.

  5. Select the export data file, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Download.

Compressing and Downloading Export Data Files

To decrypt, compress and download an export data file.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Generate File.

    1. File Name: Confirm or enter a filename.

    2. Extension: Confirm or enter a file extension.

    3. Click Generate File.

  5. Select the export data file, then click the vertical ellipsis Actionsmenu and select Zip File.

    1. Zip File: Enter a filename.

    2. Click Zip File.

Deleting Export Data Files

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports and then select General, Back Office, or Membership .
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the export in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select View Exports.

  4. Select the export result in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Generate File
    1. File Name: Confirm or enter a filename.

    2. Extension: Confirm or enter a file extension.

    3. Click Generate File.

  5. Select the export data file, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  6. Click Delete to confirm.
