Managing Block Items
Note:
Items must be linked to an item class with the Reservations check box selected.Adding Block Items

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings , select Blocks , and select Manage Block.

Enter search criteria, click Search.

Select Block in search result, click I Want to..., select Items or click the Items link in Block Presentation.

Click New and enter the following details:

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Items and their availability are listed in the Available Inventory Items section.

To select an item click the (availability) number link for the item and start date applicable.

Enter the following details:

Quantity: Enter or select the quantity of items required.

Begin Date: Enter the start date for which the item deducts from inventory.

End Date: Enter the end date for the item (if left null the block end date is assumed).

Click Select Item.

Click Save.
Editing Block Items

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings , select Blocks , and select Manage Block.

Enter search criteria, click Search.
-
Select Block in search result, click I Want to..., select Items or click the Items link in Block Presentation.

Select the inventory item, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

Update the details.
-
Click Save.
Deleting Block Items

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings , select Blocks , and select Manage Block.

Enter search criteria, click Search.
-
Select Block in search result, click I Want to..., select Items or click the Items link in Block Presentation.

Select the inventory item, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
