Managing External Emails
Note:
Using Chrome browser, you will only have the option to download email. Using Firefox, you will have the option to view or download the email.Viewing Emails
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        View By: Select Accounts (company, travel agents, sources) or Contact from the list. 
- 
                        Enter additional search criteria then click Search. 
- 
                        Select the profile in search result, then click I Want To. . ., and select Emails or open the Account profile or Contact profile and click the Emails link. - 
                              Search for and select an email by clicking on the Subject link

                              Select Open.

Downloading Emails to a Profile
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        View By: Select Account or Contact from the list. 
- 
                        Enter additional search criteria then click Search. 
- 
                        Select the profile in search result, then click I Want To. . ., and select Emails or open the Account or Contact profile and click the Emails link. - 
                              Search for and select an email by clicking on the Subject link

                              Select Save File.
