Managing Simple Event Notes

Adding Simple Event Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search results, then click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events.

  4. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  5. Select the event in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Add Notes.

    1. Note Type: Select a note type from the list.

    2. Note Title: Enter a title for the note. Default from the Note Type selected.

    3. Internal: Select check box if the note is to be treated as internal.

    4. Sequence: Enter a Sequence number to rank the order of appearance of the note in lists.

    5. Comments: Enter or paste the note details; a maximum of 2000 characters are permitted. 

    6. Click Save.

Editing Simple Event Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search results, then click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events.

  4. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  5. Select the event in the search result, then click the Notes icon.

    1. Select the note to edit, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions and select Edit.

    2. Update the notes.

    3. Click Save.

Deleting Simple Event Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search results, then click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events.

  4. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  5. Select the event in the search result, then click the Notes icon.

    1. Select the note to edit, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions and select Delete.

    2. Click Delete to confirm.
