Managing Profile Attachments
Adding Profile Attachments
You can attach files (less than 10MB) to Profiles using the Attachments feature. For the file extensions allowed, see Supported Attachment File Types
- 
                           From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                           Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                           Select the profile in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the profile and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                           Click New to attach a new file. - 
                                 Click Browse and select a file on your workstation. 
- 
                                 Filename: Enter a filename using only alphanumeric characters, no spaces or special characters are accepted. 
- 
                                 Description Enter a description for the attachment. 
 
- 
                                 
- 
                           Click Save. 
Downloading Profile Attachments
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Search for and select a Profile. 
- 
                        Select the profile in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the profile and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                        Select the attachment, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and click Download. 
- 
                        Choose Open to open the file or Save File to download the file. 
Deleting Profile Attachments
Note:
Attachments are automatically deleted when a profile is deleted or purged.- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Search for and select a Profile. 
- 
                        Select the profile in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the profile and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                        Select the attachment, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and click Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
