Managing Sales Account Contacts
Viewing Sales Account Contacts
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search.. 
- 
                        Select the profile in the search result, click the I Want To . . . action, click Contacts or open the profile, and click the Contacts link in the Profile presentation. 
- 
                        Click a Contact Name to manage the Contact Profile. 
Adding New Contacts to a Sales Account
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search.. 
- 
                        Select the profile in the search result, click the I Want To . . .action, click Contacts or open the profile, and click the Contacts link in the Profile presentation.

                        Click New and complete the Contact details. For more information refer to Creating Profiles. 
Deleting Contacts from a Sales Account
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search.. 
- 
                        Select the profile in the search result, click the I Want To . . .action, click Contacts or open the profile, and click the Contacts link in the Profile presentation. 
- 
                        Select the contact in the search result, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Remove. 
- 
                        Click Remove to confirm.
