Managing End of Day Reports

 End of Day reports can be viewed, resent, and regenerated for dates from the past.

Preview End of Day Reports

Reports with a Filed status can be previewed.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select End of Day Reports.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the report in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Preview.

Resending End of Day Reports

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select End of Day Reports.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select one or more reports in the search result, click the page-level vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Send To. . ..

    1. Update the report destination(s).

    2. Click Process.

Regenerating End of Day Reports

Tip:

Click the page-level vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Show Inactive to display inactive reports.

Note:

The Trial Balance and Guest Balance Snapshot cannot be regenerated. The following reports can be regenerated on the previous business day only:
  • gi_trial_balance

  • deposit_ledger

  • guest_ledger_snapshot

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select End of Day Reports.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select one or more reports in the search result, click the page-level vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Regenerate and Send To. . ..

    1. Update the report destination(s).

    2. Click Process.

Downloading Archived End of Day Reports

To access end of day reports migrated from OPERA Property and download in PDF format:

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Financials, select End of Day, and then select End of Day Reports.

  2. Click I Want To... and select End of Day Reports Archive.

    1. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

    2. Select the report in the search result, then click the Download icon under the Action column.
